What Does The Following ECG Report Suggest?

ECG has very marked extensive precordial and high-lateral repolarization disturbance . healthy and physically active 45 yo male with no history of any health problems, no blood pressure issues and no family history of heart problems. went to doctor due to 2 episodes of ringing in ears and fainted once. Blood results for electrolytes, cholesterol, glucose are in normal ranges.
