What Does The Following ECG Report Suggest?

(my brothers recent ECG) 66 yr old male, wt. 180 lbs, no chronic issues except alcohol abuse and slightly enlarged prostate. BP 106/72 Would you order a stress test, echo cardiogram, or any cardiac follow up if his ECG is as follows: Sinus rhythm with frequent PVCs, Borderline repolarization changes PR interval 155 ms QRS interval 81 ms QT interval 360 ms P axis 59 QRS axis 83 T wave axis 70 Thank you in advance.

Hi,

You may be having premature ventricular complexes. These are not normal it may need treatment if you're symptomatic.

Also, possible it may be an artifact. Please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
