What Does The Following ECG Report Suggest?

I have atrial fibulation. My heart has been getting out of rhythm about every day. I went to my cardiologist yesterday and my visit summary said that my ECG was abnormal, sinus rhythm, prolonged PR interval, low voltage, precordial leads, abnormal R-wave progression and early transition. What exactly does this mean and is it very serious?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

No as you explain the history these are signs of atrial fibrillation. I think you are already under treatment. The most important thing is that it should not be differences between last two ECG.

Regards,
Dr.Jolanda
