What Does The Following ECG Report Suggest?

My ecg today showed Sinus rhythm Minor high-lateral repolarisation disturbance, consider ischemia, lv overload or aspecific change with small negstive t in avl with flat or low negative t in l I had an ASD repaired 30 years ago - I m now 57 and worried about these resulta - have a follow up appointment with a nurse in 2 weeks which seems a long way away!

Anyway, the findings it mentions is T wave changes in I and AVL. These are can occur with age, or hypertension.

Also, the possibility of ischemic heart disease should be ruled out with echo and stress test like stress thallium or CT coronary angiography.
