What Does The Following Echo Doppler Test Report Suggest?

My eco Doppler test report is as following.good LV function,no RWMA at rest ,E/A ratio .8 EF 60%,EPSS 0.5,all four cardiac valves are normal,no pulmonary hypertension ,left ventricular shows cavity size and wall thickness within normal limit ,grade 1LV diastolic dysfunction l want to my treatment that I should follow.please kindly let me know . I would be oblige.

Your echo shows that your heart is working well and there are no abnormalities (including muscle and heart valves). Since your heart is working well no treatment is needed according to these findings
