General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

There is the presence of inflammatory mediators along with immune response evidence.

The site-specific issue has to be considered after a thorough history and understanding of the physical symptoms of the person.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhanu Partap,
Cardiologist
