Hi Dr I have just done my HSG Report the control film is unremarkable. The uterine cavity is regular. There are no endometrial filling defects. There are no congenital uterine anomalies. There are small distal hydrosalpinges bilaterally with no prompt nor delayed intraperitoneal spillage

Your HSG report is quite normal. Though there may be very mild infection in the fallopian tube. There is no much severity of the infection . You can visit a gynaecologist for the same. It can be treated easily with few simple medications.
