What Does The Following HSG Report Suggest?

hi ijust had an HSG done and the result is the uterine cavity is of normal size,shape but mildly irregular. both fallopian tubes are opacified. the left tube shows adequate pertoneal contrast spill while the rigt shows no peritoneal contrast spill conclusion: patent left fallopian tube and right distal tubal blockage. uterine cavity irregularities may be due to endometritis. please help me interprete this. thanks. Julie.

this report indicates that you have infection of the genital tract which has blocked your left fallopian tube. with proper treatment, these problems will go away.
