What Does The Following HSG Report Suggest?

hi doc,Iam 33 yrs old and married 4.5 yrs back.these are my results after test ,pls suggest what should be the next step.uterus is normal in shape and size.pod utero sacrals is normal.both overies normal.left f.tube dilated in lateral part,medial end cord like.right f.tube medial end is cord like.right side no spilage of dye seen.left side spillage of dye seen with force.extravasation of dye is seen in body of uterus.
