What Does The Following HVS Test Report Suggest?

Pls I had a hvs test.here is the result.epithcell many,pus cell2:3,yeast+ and it was started yielded mixed growth of staphylococcus aureus and canidida albican. Levofloxacin s+++. Gentamicin s+++. Erythromycin s+++. Rocephin s+++. Azythromycin s+++. Streptomycin s+++. Pls is this a serious case

Hello,

Take Azithromycin drug, once a day for 3 days. Also take tablet Terbinafine for candida and keep your sugar level under control, if you are diabetic.
