What Does The Following Holter Monitor Test Report Indicate?

Hi, Impression Holter Monitor Indication(s) palpitations and chest pain Duration of monitoring 24 hrs. Average heart rate was 83 BPM Maximum heart rate was 128 BPM Minimum heart rate was 51 BPM Rhythm analysis normal sinus rhythm Symptoms chest pain and shorness of breath Pauses no pauses seen Total ventricular beats 4,021 Ventricular runs 0 Longest VE run 0 beats Fastest VE run 0 bpm Total super ventricular beats 134 SVE runs 1 Longest SVE run 3 beats Fastest SVE run 123 bpm Total beats recorded 112,670 Conclusions: 1. Baseline NSR with IVCD; nonspecific ST abnormality. 2. No clinically significant tachyarrhythmia. Max HR 128 = sinus tach. 3. No clinically significant bradycardia, pauses or high degree AV block. 4. Hi,

Your report is overall fine, with some ectopic which are usually benign and not worrisome. However, we should once get some cardiac test to be sure, like an echo and stress test. If these tests are normal, then nothing to worry about.
