Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Your SGPT is significantly elevated and the most probable reason is active hepatitis B. So it needs evaluation with further tests to see the level of hep B virus and treatment initiation if not having or modification. So visit nearby hepatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Sagar Makode, Cardiologist
