Flair signal in the white matter tract more so on the left and small focus of increased flair signal in the right parietal lobe is nonspacific but consistent with gliosis possibly related to early ischemic changes or prior inflammatory process a demyelinating process is not excluded no acute finding identified

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest there is a hyper-intense foci seen in the FLAIR - seen in case of the age related small vessel ischemic changes.
2.Also seen in case of demyelination diseases - which are generally seen in children younger age group.
3.Small vessel ischemic changes are seen as a age related changes.
4.In this case depending on the age - initially systemic pathologies like hypertension and diabetes and blood problems need to be corrected.
5.In case of younger age group - associated pathologies needs to be correlated with the brain findings for demyelination.

Good luck.
