What Does The Following MRI Report Indicate?

I am trying to understand an mri report of my neck, and I have been looking up various definitions for the terms in the report. such as: flattening of the cord, neural foraminal narrowing, broad based dorsal disk-osteophyte complex, prominent left central dorsal disk protrusion that flattens and distorts the cord, eccentric left-sided canal stenosis, impingement on the cord, disk height loss and desiccation, facet and uncovertebral joint spurring contributing to moderate left foraminal stenosis. all this in a variety of severities are in c-2 - t-1. can you explain in non medical terms please? thank you christine
