What Does The Following MRI Report Indicate?

My 35 yr old nephew went for an MRI for a hernia he has to have repaired. This is the 3 rd time he needs surgery on it. However the place he had the MRI done called my sister today and said they found a small spot on his pancreas and needs to follow up with his doc. My sister is very worried what could the spot mean. He is on a lot of medicine. Thorazine and Bp meds and different other meds. He is very overweight too. What could the spot mean. I also should mention that his grandmother ( my mother) died off pancreatic cancer.

I really appreciate your concern, without the exact medical term of imaging finding nothing can be said, what type hernia he has that is not being stated here, because hernia means displacement of some internal organ or part of organ from its original place, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
