What Does The Following MRI Report Indicate?

What does this mean, please? MRI report: Moderate broad-based disc bulge with a left paracentral to left extra foraminal far lateral predominant distribution. There is impingement/posterior displacement of traversing left nerve in the lateral recess.

Hello,

The MRI report says that you have a disc bulge: the cushions between the vertebra, one of them is displaced and this is causing a pinch on the nerve that comes out at the side of that vertebra.
This might explain if you have pain that is affecting your back or your limbs (arms or legs).
