What Does The Following MRI Report Indicate?

I know nothing about knees i studidd the brain and neuroanatomy. I was k ocked down by a horse at work and suffered pain. Mri from a great pain dr finally revealed fractured tibia with also multiple bone bruises decimated acl to the point an expert in the field said it did not exist and a miniscus that looks like a dog chewed on it. My boss told me if i did not work he would fire me so i have conti ued to walk on it about four hours adsy tho on saturday its eight hours walking and one day soon afyer injury it was 12 hours walking. I also continue to get on horses for work purposes. The pain is minimal at times but at sudden intervals us lije a knife in my knee. Upon waking is the worst where i have to cry out in pain. There are also times when i am pain free but never ever ever have i regained functional free moving use of the knee nor have i ever been able to use or bend the knee or walk normally since the injury. It has been two months since unjury. I depend on my e.ployer for transportation n he will not alliw me to go to the dr so i am untreated. I cannot get another job in this state either. What will happen if injury goes untreated?

Hi,
sorry for your problem,
Health is wealth,
i think you dont have fracture in tibia, beacuse if tibia fracture severe pain , swelling will happen , you cant work that time.
i think your meniscus injured,
but rest is very important according to advise by orthopaedic dr.
if untreated , pain may be will long lasting, permanent some deformatity can happen.
please take an specialist(orthopedic) openion.
Thanks, have a good day.
