What Does The Following MRI Report Indicate?

I had stroke last Dec. Recovering well with ups and down in between. But from last 20 days while walking I tend to sway towards right. I have right side paralysis. Recent MRI revealed no fresh event, eye check up says voluntary movement of right eye poor and my right side muscle it too stiff. However no conclusive diagnosis and treatment could so far be prescribed. I am in my early 40s and doing physio for last 6 months. Need help in this regard.
