What Does The Following MRI Report Indicate?

had an MRI last Friday of the Brain and this is what the report said Brain: There is prominence of the ventricles and sulci compatible with involutional change. Mild T2 hyperintensity is seen in the right frontal subcortical white matter and in the biparietal periventricular white matter. No cortical infarct or extra-axial collection is appreciated. No signal abnormality is seen in the brainstem or cerebellum. There is no restricted diffusion or abnormal foci of susceptibility. No abnormal enhancement is appreciated with contrast.
