What Does The Following MRI Report Suggest?

I have mild diffuse volume loss, likely reflecting senescent change. Mild asymmetric volume loss is present within the left anterior temporal lobe and medial temporal structures however. While this can be seen in some forms of dementia, chronic posttraumatic encephalomalacia could also provided there is asymmetric appearance. 2. No acute intracranial findings. 3. Scattered foci of nonspecific T2 signal hyper intensity within succor rival and peri ventricular white matter. These findings most commonly reflect the sequels of chronic micro vascular diseases. No acute ischemia. PLEASE EXPLAIN
