Findind: mild chronic microvascular disease.? Referred to Dr. Because of frequent falls. Your thoughts? I am type 2 diebetic...nothing else.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It shows microinfarcts in the brain which is obstructing the proper blood supply to the brain. This is the cause of frequent falls. Blood becomes thick in DM2 so you will be prescribed blood thinners once you visit the neurologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
