What Does The Following MRI Report Suggest?

My mri shown c5/c6 significant degenerative changes with left central disc osteophyte complex causing minor impingement on the thecal sac, mild narrowing of the left lateral canal recess as well. C6/c7 mild facet joint arthropathy, c4/c5 mild bilateral facet joint arthropathy, what s my outcome please?

Your MRI is suggestive of age related degenerative changes. It's adviseable to start on calcium & multivitamin suppliment after consulting a orthopeditian personally .
