What Does The Following MRI Report Suggest?

As per mri report: 1.diffuse disc bulge at l3/4 level indenting the thecal sac and bilateral descending l4 nerves-grade i. 2. Diffuse posterior disc bulge with propensity to right is seen at l4/5 level indenting the thecal sac and bilateral descending l5 nerves (grade iii on right and grade ii on left). Diffuse disc bulge with propensity to right is seen at l5/s1 level indenting the thecal sac and encroaching upon the left exiting foramen (grade i). Bilateral facet joint hypertrophy is seen. now what can be done in my case

The bumps could be enlarged lymph glands.
if you have any chronic (long standing) infections you might be having them. Do you have any associated symptoms of fever weight loss you need to rule out other conditions like Lymphomas.
please get checked by a physician.

There could be another conditions like lipomas or neurofibromas but given the position of bumps more possibility of lymphomas.
