General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Retrolisthesis means that one of the vertebra (bones in the back) has moved back relative to another vertebra. The report indicates that the T12 vertebra (last thoracic vertebra) is moved back relative to L1 (first lumbar vertebra).

L2 (second lumbar vertebra) is also moved relative to L3.

There are discs in between the vertebra. These discs have fluid and help in different ways in the back.
According to your report, there is decreased fluid in the discs (disc dehydration)

The discs are also herniating (moving out)

The facet joints are areas where the vertebra have contact. There is some enlargement (hypertrophy) of this area.

Spinal stenosis means that there is narrowing of the spinal canal. This can be associated with pain

Physiotherapy and pain medications are the usual first options. Surgery is the last resort

I hope this helps
