Am 68 year old female fell down a hill 6 months ago and finally got Dr to order Right shoulder MRI w/o gadolinium shows complete tear of entire supraspinatus tendon, and partial tear at anterosuperior labrum with possible Buford complex? Any other treatment other than surgery.
