General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The report is indicative of post inflammatory status in the ligaments following the previous tear through injury or else.

However, a clinical co-relation with the symptoms and signs is always mandatory to proceed further before making any of the comments.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Purva Patel, General & Family Physician
