What Does The Following MRI Report Suggest?

What does it mean if I have 6 mm anterolisthesis of L3 on L4? What grade is that? Also, severe L5-S1 and moderate L4-5 disc height loss, and severe lower lumbar spine facet joint osteoarthritis? Oh, I wouldn t want to forget the mild lumbar dextroscoliosis!

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

You are having a condition in which one of your vertebrae is sliding over the other. You can consult a neurosurgeon and get evaluated. If symptoms are mild, you can go for conservative management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
