What Does The Following MRI Report Suggest?

I been having severe back pain in my thoracic area. This was my results. What does it mean?I also have lower back pain. I have TECHNIQUE: Thoracic spine MRI without IV contrast. Multiplanar, multisequence images were performed. COMPARISON: None FINDINGS: Please see cervical spine MRI for cervical spine details. Thoracic spinal cord demonstrates normal signal intensity on all sequences. Mild apex right thoracic curvature. Incomplete assessment of 43 mm T2 hyperintense lesion involving the spleen. Splenic ultrasound recommended for further evaluation. Thoracic vertebral body heights are preserved. No spondylolisthesis. Thoracic marrow signal intensity is normal. Thoracic intervertebral disc space heights are preserved with mild disc desiccation T11-12. T11-12 mild disc bulge with mild effacement of the ventral CSF without significant spinal canal narrowing. Minimal narrowing of the left neural foramina at T11-12. Remainder of the thoracic spine demonstrates no significant canal stenosis or neural foraminal narrowing. IMPRESSION: 1. Incomplete assessment of splenic 43 mm T2 hyperintense lesion. Spleen ultrasound recommended for further evaluation. 2. Mild apex right thoracic curvature. No spondylolisthesis. 3. T11-12 mild disc bulge with mild effacement of ventral CSF and minimal narrowing of the left neural foraminal. 4. Remainder of the thoracic spine without significant spinal canal or neural foraminal narrowing.
