The MRI report is indicative of spondylosis induced back problems. My guidelines at present:
- Control blood sugar, body weight.
- Regular physiotherapy, analgesics.
- Postural adaptations.
- Balanced nutritious diet.
- Interventional pain management like nerve blocks, epidural anesthesia or else as per the case need.
- Surgery as the last resort where all the conventional measures fail to respond.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
