What Does The Following MRI Result Mean?

I have a severe headache since last 10 days..so doctors advised me to get MRI..which shows PAN sinusitis left spenhoid retention cyst..mucosal thickening.. In frontal n left..is this a point of worry.. I m currently consuming Naxdom 250 ..2 tablets in a day. The pain increases the moment the tablets are stopped.

Pansinusitis is inflammation of all the sinuses.And sinus infection do result in headaches and facial pain etc.Though retention cyst does not need any intervention but only clinical and radio graphic follow up as they regress spontaneously,but when it causes symptoms like headaches fever facial pain etc,it may need surgical excision.
Naxdom You are taking is good painkiller and anti inflammatory but you may need something more than that.It may include antibiotics if any bacterial infection is suspected.Decongestants and anti allergics if the cause is allergy.Even steroids may also be needed for decrease the inflammation.
Right now what you can do is wash your nose regularly with saline.take steam with a spoon of vapor rub in it.Sleep with head elevated.Drink plenty of fluids and take rest.Keep on taking naxdom until your doctor prescribe you a different regime.Discuss it with him
