Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

The MRI report shows that the aqueduct or the duct connecting the lateral ventricles and third ventricle is blocked.
Due to blockage, there is the prominence of lateral and third ventricles.
The obstruction needs to be relieved since this can lead to increased intracranial pressure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
