Again demonstrated gliosis and encephalomalacia involving the inferior anterior medial right frontal lobe. Findings in this region is typically associated with prior trauma. Other differential considerations include chronic infarct. Also again noted. area few punctate foci of increased FLAIR signal within subcortical frontal white matter. Differential diagnosis for these findings again include white matter disease due to migraine headaches and small vessel disease. Sulcal pattern, basal cisterns, ventricles are otherwise within normal limits. There is no mass effect or midline shift. There is no hemorrhage. Partially empty sella is again identified. There are no areas of abnormal enhancement postcontrast.
