What Does The Following MRI Scan Result On The Cervical Spine Mean?

Hi I m 41 with lots of neck pain headaches and now lower back pain. Of course I ve been diagnosed with lots of arthritis. I m concerned about this part of MRI on cervical spine. Cysts present in paranasal sinuses. STIR images demonstrate significant marrow edema present at the end plates at C-5 – C-6 likely secondary to ongoing degenerative change. Slight heterogeneity in signal probably artifactual. Also talks a lot of disc osteophytic ridging. Don t understand and everyone seems to not even hardly speak of my problems no meds or PT seem to help.
