What Does The Following MRI Test Report Indicate?

I had an MRI done to check on the tinnitus of my left ear. While the results were normal for the tinnitus (I received a phone call on this by the ENT office), I noticed in the report it states, solitary hyperintense focus adjacent to the posterior aspect of the right lateral ventricle and hypointensity on T1 . I m checking to see if I should report this to my Primary Care Physician for further evaluation. Thanks.
