What Does The Following PAP Smear Report Suggest?

My pap smears report is this smears are satisfactory for reporting. Smears show predominance of intermediate and para-basal squamous epithelial cells. There are few cells having high N:C ratio, irregular nuclear outline, irregularly distributed chromatin ans inconspicuous neocleoli. Background shows abundant polymorphs.

few atypical, not definitely malignant, cell have been found on your pap smear. you need short term follow ups and repeat pap smears to rule out any possibility of malignancy.
