What Does The Following PAP Test Result Suggest?

Hi Dr I had pap test done Please help me understand the results since the person at clinic who was doing it didn t explain to me... Microscopic description: Smear received is representative but limited by the absence of endorcevical columnar cells. The squamous component is comprised of intermediate and superficial cells. The background consists of moderate numbers of leucocytes,histiocytes and mixed bacteria. Conclusion: No endorcevical cells seen. Mixed bacteria( RODS&GOCCI) with associated inflammatory changes identified. No viral,f fungal or protozoal pathogens are present. No evidence of malignancy noted .

As a physician I would like to tell you that these results of PAP tests seems to be totally normal. There no evidence of malignant changes, bacterial or fungal infection. Lining of your uterus is absolutely fine.
