A P.E.T scan was done last Friday, Impression reads: There are findings of widespread metastatic disease, in a patient with emphysematous changes, and an FDG avid right upper lung mass, right hilar mediastinal adenophy highly suspicious for lung primary; Widespread metastic disease is seen involving the musculature, osseous structures, head and neck, including supraclavicular adenopathy as well as intra-abdominal and retroperitoneal implants.
