What Does The Following PET Scan Report Suggest?

What does this mean. This is part of a report from a PET scan. Extremities: There is a minimally FDG avid sclerotic lesion within the left femoral greater trochanter that is stable as compared to the prior study. Degenerative changes are present at facet joints within the lower lumbar spine. No destructive osseous abnormalities are identified.

This type of PET scan is done to look for osteolytic bone metastasis in case of cancer patients, this reports shows an improvement as compared to previous report. Rest shows age related wear and tears that happens in the bones.
