Please clarify my problem
After going through your query I understand your concern.
I would like to tell you that High level of TSH with normal T3 & T4 indicates subclinical Hypothyroidism.
Proper treatment with sufficient amount of throxine reduces the risk of pregnancy complication. Generally it takes 2-3 months to start balancing your hormones by that time you can reduce your weight if you are overweight. Pregnancy should be avoided till your hormones are not balanced to prevent miscarriages, pre-eclampsia , pre-mature birth etc.
Kindly repeat check your TSH level and consult your Gynecologist to proceed further.
