What Does The Following USG Report Indicate?

Hi i am 38 week pregnant and as per USG report of 37 weeks 0 day is A SINGLE FETUS IN CEPHALIC PRESENTATION, PLACENTA IS POISTERIOR. LIQUOR IS ADEQUATE. NO OBVIOUS ORGAN ABNORMALITY SEEN AT PRESENT. DEAR SIR, can you tell me where it will be normal delivery or surgeory?

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest as normal findings - with cephalic lie of the fetus - which is normal and good sign for a normal delivery.
2.Liquor is adequate which is also a normal findings and no obvious abnormalities seen according to the report.
3.With the above findings one can not be able to tell weather normal delivery or section.
4.As there are other associated factors like engagement of the head in the pelvic area.
5.So till the pains starts and PV examination and ultrasound findings at the time of induction plays role.
