What Does The Following USG Report Indicate?

I am 32 weeks pregnant, and in my USG obstetrics scan i got the report as single live intrauterine fetus in cephalic presentation, placenta anterior upper and mid segments grade-2 maturity, cervix 4.7 cm. What does that mean? I already had one baby and this is my second one. I had c-section for first pregnancy

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The current report of ultrasound is suggestive of healthy baby growth with station presentation in pelvis. So far as need of C section would be there or not, is not yet decided with current clinical or radiological findings.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
