What Does The Following USG Report Suggest?

My usg shows prostat enlargement with volume approx 46 cc with median lobe prominence seen bulging into bladder base and shows heterogeneous echotexture . Last year on 11th March the size was 52 gm with no other comment. Kindly advise what is this ? Regards

Hi,

Would advise you to do a CT scan abdomen and surgery.
Also, dutasteride group of drugs can be taken.
Have to take medicine for 3 months.
