Hi,

Your widal test seems to be positive. But I need to check your full widal test to interpret it. Kindly, mention your clinical complaints as well to guide you further. Single positive widal test cannot be considered conclusive. Your clinical correlation and ELISA test also needs to be done. If typhoid confirmed than antibiotic course need to be prescribed.
