What Does The Following X Ray Report Mean?

i just had Xrays taken of my pelvis and spine....the findings were 2 new calcific densities. they measure 1cm in diameter each. the third and largest measures 20mm x 12 mm. adjacent to it is a calcific densities which measures 18 mm, 5mm, and 5 mm. in size. what does this mean.? i m in a lot of pain.
