General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Incomplete data like age, gender, purpose of doing chest x-ray, any associated heart problems, etc not mentioned! Suggestive of infection or edema. The given chest X-ray findings are indicative of chest infection like pneumonia or edema due to congestive heart failure. It needs to be clinically correlated by your doctor.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
