What Does The Following X-ray Report Indicate?

Hi Doctor, my wife is having problem in conceiving. Her latest HSG X-ray report shows... 1. Uterus deviated to right 2. Uterine Cavity well opacified 3. Bilateral tubes opacified 4. Bilateral Spillage +. Is there any complication with her & what does the report means. Thank you.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The following conclusions can be drawn based on the HSG X-ray report findings you have enclosed.
1. Uterus seems to be deviated slightly towards right, but can be considered as normal.
2. Uterine cavity being well opacified indicates that there is no anatomical abnormality in the uterine cavity.
3. Bilateral tubes opacified indicates that there is no anatomical abnormality or block in the Fallopian tubes on both sides.
4. Spillage is present bilaterally indicates that the tubes are patent on both sides.
Hence, this report can be considered as normal.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
