This is due to Precocious puberty/ Early puberty . She is now 12 years old . As per recent X -ray reports 1) LEFT HAND AP VIEW : All carpal bones have appeared .Lower ends of radius and ulna have not fused . and 2) BOTH KNEES AP VIEW : Lower end of femurs has not fully fused .
