General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the report you have shared, your lung is having an infection at the bases and this could be lower respiratory tract infection. Rest of the lung is normal.
You should get examined by the pulmonologist and get medicine if required for a lung infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
