What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

Right apical and infraclavicular fibronodular changes seen pulling right hilum upward. No breaking down or calcification noted. Otherwise both lung fields are radiologicall free, no other focal parenchymal lesion could be detected. Can you help me and explain the result i received?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for trusting healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

As per your X-ray report you have fibrotic(kind of scarring) lesions over the apex of your right lung. These changes are usually sequelae to old infections like tuberculosis. These do not indicate active disease and no treatment is required until you are asymptomatic.
All other changes are perfectly normal no lung diseases are detected in the film.
As per this report no further treatment is required,if you have any clinical symptoms like cough or breathlessness kindly consult a pulmonologist.

Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing you good health.

Regards.
Dr.Shinas
