What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

Hi, goodmonring. I had my Pre-employment result if my xray however the impression is as follows: suspicious densities, right apex. Suggest apicolordotic view. What does that mean Doc? Also quite sometime i have this cough and there is also green sticky fluid coming in my noise really don t know if i have this related to my lung or a sinusitis.

main thing is tubercular infection. sputum forafb should be done .consult pulmunologist for detail examination of lung fields and repeat of sputum examination.it is related to your lungs and sinus is not involved. observation and checking for other signs and symptom for tuber culosis to be watched like evening rise of temperature weight loss and blood in sputum.
